• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 8 eggs
• 1/2 cup refried beans, heated
• 1 cup salsa verde (from 16-oz jar)
• 1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
• 1/2 cup crumbled queso fresco cheese (4 oz)
