Nando’s Inspired Hot Pot recipe by Aqsa Ghafoor

Ingredients

• 1kg chicken fillets cut in short strips
• 1 small onion cubed
• A mix of red, yellow and green peppers cubed
• 2cups cabbage
• 2 tomatoes liquidised
• 1 ½ teaspoon Portuguese chicken spice
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon haldi
• 2 teaspoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon garlic
