Ingredients

• 6 large poblano peppers
• 1 jalapeno pepper ((optional))
• 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
• 1 small yellow onion ((diced))
• 3 cloves garlic ((diced))
• 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 cups chicken stock ((low sodium))
• 1 large potato ((peeled and diced))
• 1 cup half and half
• ¼ cup jalapeno pepper pickling liquid
