Louisiana Shrimp Creole - design Gumbo

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1/2 cup chopped celery
• 1 clove garlic (minced)
• 3 Tbls oil
• 1 -16 oz can tomatoes
• 1 – 8 oz can tomato sauce
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 Tlb. Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 to 1 tsp chili powder
• Dash of bottled hot pepper sauce
• 1-pound shrimp, peeled & deveined
