• 2 large onions, chopped

• dash of hot sauce
• 2 bay leaves
• 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
• 1 tsp. dried basil leaves
• 2 to 3 cups chopped turkey
• 1 lb. smoked sausage, cut into bite size pieces
• 1 bunch green onions, chopped
