- 1 tsp - smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1 1/2 tsp of liquid smoke
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp of accent
- no salt cans of beans,
- 1 can black,
- 1 can great northern,
- 1 can kidney
- Some Oil
- 1/2 cup iquid of something below...
- bean liquid,
- beer (dont do this with gluten beer if you need to be GF),
- water,
- broth
