Waikiki Meatballs - Aloha From Oregon

Ingredients

• 2/3 cup crushed saltine crackers
• 1-1/2 lbs ground beef
• 1/3 cup minced onion
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1-1/2 tsp ground giner
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tbs olive oil
• 1 tbs soy sauce
• 1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
• 1-15 oz can pineapple chunks drained (juice reserved)
• 1 jar Aloha From Oregon Pineapple Pepper Jelly
