These individual mushroom parcels are so tasty and simple to make that even cooking novices will be able to impress!
Ingredients
- 1 packet (320g) ready-rolled puff pastry (all Jus-Rol pastry is suitable for vegans except All Butter and Sweet Shortcrust products)
- 4 large flat mushrooms
- 4 tbsp. vegan pesto
- 8 sundried tomatoes in oil drained
- 150g vegan mozzarella (Cheezly by VBites works well)
