Cookwith - Sweet Potato S’mores Pie with White Chocolate

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 2 tbsp granulated sugar
• 4 oz white chocolate, chopped
• 2 cups mashed cooked sweet potato (about 2 medium sweet potatoes)
• 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 cup whole milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 2 cups mini marshmallows
