Baked Sweet Chicken Recipe from Jamaica

Ingredients

• 4 chicken legs and thighs (or equivalent chicken parts)
• 0.5 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp peanut oil
• 4 tbsp soy sauce
• 4 tbsp honey
• 3 tbsp white vinegar
• 1.5 tsp dried thyme
• 0.5 tsp szechuan pepper (toasted in a dry skillet and ground) (optional)
• 0.5 tsp ground black pepper
• 0.5 tsp ground pimiento ( allspice )
