• 1/2 bag Loveless Cafe Biscuit Mix
• 1 1/3 cups buttermilk
• 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 3 quarts chicken stock
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1 large onion, julienne
• 1 stalk celery, diced
• 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1/8 teaspoon dried sage
• Salt (to taste)
• Ground black pepper (to taste)
