Jaffa Cake Orange Brownies –
The mostly deliciously, and gooey brownies you will ever taste. They are packed with zesty orange flavour. Each square has a bite of a Jaffa cake. A must for any chocolate and Jaffa cake lover!
Ingredients
- 200g butter
- 200g dark chocolate
- 200g sugar
- 4 eggs (room temperature)
- 25g cocoa powder
- 1 zest from orange
- vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 160g oat flour
- 12 Jaffa cakes
- 7oz butter
- 7oz dark chocolate
- 7oz sugar
- 0.88oz cocoa powder
- 5.6oz oat flour
- Step 1 Place a pan at low heat and melt the butter and break the dark chocolate into piece and add it to the butter and stir frequently so they both melt.
- Step 2 Using the bowl of your Ninja Kitchen System along with the dough blade, add the beaten eggs, sugar, cocoa powder, orange zest, vanilla extra and salt.
- Step 3 Select low for 60 seconds and allow the ingredients to mix together.
- Step 4 Pour the melted butter and dark chocolate in the Ninja bowl along with the oat flour and select low for approximately 30 seconds to form the brownie batter.
- Step 5 Pre-heat your Ninja Flip oven by setting it to bake, at 180c degree for 25 minutes.
- Step 7 Bake the brownies for approximately 25-30 minutes.
