• 2 ½ cups Robin Hood ® Original All Purpose Flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• ½ tsp ginger
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp nutmeg
• ¼ tsp cardamom
• 1 cup unflavoured yogurt or buttermilk
• Caramel Glaze
• ½ cup butter
• ½ cup packed brown sugar
• 3 tbsp 10% or 35% cream
• ¾ cup icing sugar
