Ingredients: Ingredients and instructions (save and share!)‼️; 2 1/2 tbsps gelatin powder bloomed with 1/2 cup water, add to stand mixer bowl and optionally add in some marshmallow root extract; 1 cup sugar + 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey + 1/3 cup water (heated in a medium saucepan until 241-245 F (ball stage); Stand mixer fit with whisk attachment; Transfer to a parchment lined small baking dish and let it set for at least 1 hour.
