Balsamic Strawberry Jam - De Nigris 1889
Making your own jam is much easier than you might think, and we like to add a secret ingredient, our De Nigris Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.

- 1 kg strawberries, hulled and halved
- 60 ml lemon juice
- 450 g granulated sugar
- 3 tsp De Nigris Gold Label Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
