• 3 Large potatoes peeled and cubed
• 1 kg Minced Beef and Lamb Half and half
• 2 Large Onions minced
• 4 clove Garlic Minced
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Black Pepper
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric
• 1 tsp All Spice
• 1 tsp Arabic 7 Spice
• 2 tbsp Oil of choice
• 2 Large Onions Finely Chopped
• 1 can Chopped Tomatoes
• 2 Ripe Fresh Tomatoes
• 1.5 Lemon Juiced
• Salt to taste
• Black Pepper to taste
