• 1 slice Whole wheat bread
• 2 tbsp Partly skimmed milk, lactose free, 1% M.F.
• 1 lb Ground turkey, lean
• 1/2 lb Italian sausage, turkey
• 2 medium Egg
• 1/2 cup Bread crumbs, plain
• 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
• 2 tsp Italian herb seasoning, McCormick
• 2 tsp Onion powder
• 1 1/2 tsp Granulated garlic
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1/4 tsp Black pepper
• 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup shredded Provolone cheese
• 2 cup Marinara pasta sauce
