Silver beet and fetta pie - 9Kitchen

Ingredients

• 1½ cups (225g) plain flour
• 100g cold butter, chopped
• 1/3 cup (25g) finely grated parmesan cheese
• 1 egg yolk
• 2 tablespoons cold water, approximately
• 1kg silver beet, trimmed
• 2 (50g) spring onions, chopped finely
• 200g fetta cheese, crumbled
• ¼ cup finely chopped fresh dill
• 2 eggs, beaten lightly
