- Green chillies - 2 ( or as per taste)
- Tomato - 1
- Coriander/mint leaves for garnishing
- Ginger grated small piece (optional)
- Lemon juice - of 1/2 lemon
- Salt as per taste
- Jeera/Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Chat Masala - 1 teaspoon
- Red chilli flakes - 1/4 teaspoon
- White Sesame/til - 1 to 2 teaspoon
- Ghee - 1/2 teaspoon or less
- Oil- 1 teaspoon
- Jeera/Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
- Hing - 1/2 teaspoon
- charcoal: for inducing smoky flavour
