• 2 handful Shredded lettuce
• 10 g Red leicester cheese
• 40 g Lighter mayo
• 1 tspn Reduced sugar ketchup
• 1/4 tspn Yellow mustard
• 1/4 Gherkin
• 1 tspn Gherkin juice
