- 2 tbsp icing sugar
- 250g/9oz strong white flour

- 50g/1¾oz caster sugar
- 30g/1oz butter, softened
- 7g instant yeast
- vegetable oil, for deep frying
- 50g/1¾oz caster sugar, for dusting
