Masala Chicken recipe by Faranah Dawood

Ingredients

• 1kg chicken pieces with skin on
• 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
• 1 tablespoon crushed chillies
• 2 teaspoons green masala
• 1 teaspoon red masala
• 1 teaspoon mother in law masala
• 1 teaspoon of any other masala of your choice
• Salt
• Handful of chopped dhania (coriander)
• 3 green chillies
• Oil(enough to coat chicken and cook)
