Masala Chicken recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 1 chicken / 1kg fillets pieces
• 1 tablespoon red ginger garlic masala
• 2 teaspoon lemon pepper
• 2 teaspoon chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon crushed chillies
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice
• Handful fried onions
• Few strands saffron or drop of saffron essence.
• 2 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
• 2 tablespoon tomato sauce
• 1 sachet tomato paste
