Ingredients

• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• 3 cups (about 8 oz.) sliced fresh mushrooms
• 2 each ribs of celery, chopped
• 3 medium carrots, sliced
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 quart (32 oz.) chicken broth
• 1 piece fresh sprig of thyme
• 8 oz light cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
• 6 oz Light 'n Fluffy ® Extra Wide Egg Noodles
• 1 1/2 Tbsps all purpose flour
• 2 cups cooked chicken breast cubes
• 1 cup panko bread crumbs
• 1 Tbsp butter, melted
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
