Chicken Foldovers recipe by Naseema Zulfi Khan

Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon of Ginger garlic,
• 1 teaspoon Dhana Jeeru (Cumin),
• 1 tablespoon any Chicken Spice
• ½ teaspoon Black pepper
• ½ teaspoon Whole Jeeru (Cumin) crushed
• +- 1 & ½ teaspoon Green chilli paste,
• Drop of lemon juice
• Little tumeric, cook with a small sliced onion
• Add ½ small grated tomato
• Add sauces Tomato, mustard, Picalilly ( Can use mayo )and add white sauce
• Add in Chopped Green dhania (coriander)
• Sprinkle sesame
