Rusks recipe by Theretrokitchen

Ingredients

• 4 cups flour
• 1 cup jungle oats
• 250g butter
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 1 cup sliced almond or cashews
• 3 tablespoon baking powder (level)
• 1 tablespoon tal (sesame seeds)
• 2 ½ tablespoon somph
• 2 tablespoon sunflower seeds (I omitted)
• 3 eggs
• 1 ¼ cup castor sugar
• 1 cup sour milk
• Add in the nuts, tal (sesame seeds), somph and sunflower seeds .
