Ingredients

  • 8 slices Olymel Black Forest smoked ham
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) butter
  • 1 leek, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) Dijon mustard
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) honey
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) sour cream
  • 450 g (1 lb) pizza dough
  • 250 ml (1 cup) grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Cook the leek for 3 to 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool.
  • In a small bowl, mix the mustard with the honey and sour cream.
  • On a floured work surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 30 cm (12 in.) square. Brush the dough with sauce. Top with ham, leek, and cheese.
  • Roll the dough lengthwise, pressing down to form a cylinder. Cut the cylinder into twelve slices.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
  • Oil the air fryer basket, then place half of the slices in it, spacing them apart.
  • Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, until the dough is golden brown. Repeat with the remaining slices.
