Ingredients

• 4 tbsp olive oil
• ½ medium yellow onion chopped
• ½ green pepper cut in small pieces
• 4 garlic cloves, chopped
• 1 tbsp dry oregano
• ½ tbsp cumin
• 2 pounds ground beef
• 4 tbsp tomato puree
• ½ cup water
• Salt and pepper
• 6 green plantains
• 1 cup cold water
• 1 tbsp butter
• ½ cup shredded Queso Blanco
• ½ cup Crema Centroamericana
• 2 cups shredded Queso de Papa
