Gingerbread Millionaire Bars – SunButter®

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter, softened
• 2/3 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup molasses
• 1 ½ tsp vanilla
• Pinch of salt
• 2 ¼ cup All Purpose flour
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp ginger
• 1/4 tsp cloves
• 1 ¾ cup of caramels
• 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
• 1/4 cup milk
• 6 tbsp SunButter
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 150g Dark or Semi-sweet Chocolate, chopped finely
• 1 tbsp oil
• Gingerbread cookies
• Gingerbread sprinkles
