• 1/2 cup Oreo baking crumbs
• 1 cup unsalted butter softened
• 4 cups icing sugar
• 2-4 tbsp whole milk
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1/4 cup Oreo baking crumbs
• 12 Oreos
• 1 Hershey's cookies n cream chocolate bar
