• 2.5 kg Arctic Gardens diced potatoes
• 2.5 kg Arctic Gardens Fall Medley
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) butter
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) Nutmeg
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) vegetable oil
• 400g Arctic Gardens diced onions
• 2 kg extra lean ground beef
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) flour
• 6 cups (1 kg) Arctic Gardens mixed vegetables (4) or (5)
• 3 cans 540 mL Arctic Gardens red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
• 2 cups (500 mL) no salt added beef broth
• 2 cups (500 mL) BBQ sauce
