Ingredients

• 8 c (1 l) sweet potatoes
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
• 1 1/3 lb (600 g) your choice ground meat (pork, beef, veal, chicken, etc.)
• 1 bag of vegetables for fajitas
• 1 can red kidney beans
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) chili powder
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) butter
• 14 oz (398 ml) Del Monte creamed corn
• 2 c (500 ml) Arctic Gardens sweet corn
