- 2 cans of tuna in brine, drained
- 1 can sweetcorn

- 2 spring onions or half a small white onion
- 1 egg, beaten
- Handful of fresh flat leaf parsley (optional)
- 2tbsp oil, olive or vegetable for frying
- Mini pittas/burger buns, lettuce leaves and tomato slices to serve
