- 120g Whitworths Caster Sugar
- 60g Whitworths Light Soft Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg, large (Room Temperature)
- 2tsp Vanilla Extract
- 200g Plain Flour
- 1tsp Baking Soda
- 150g Hundreds and Thousands/Sprinkles (100g for coating + 50g to put in the cookie dough)
