Ingredients

• 3½ oz white cheese blocks
• ⅝ cups greek yogurt 2%
• ½ tsp finely grated lime zest, unsprayed (pesticide-free)
• freshly ground pepper
• 2 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
• 1½ tbsp grated fresh ginger
• 1 tbsp finely chopped red chillies
• ½ tsp flake salt
• ⅕ cups chopped fresh fresh mint leaves
• 12 rinsed carrots keeping approx. 1¼ in. on the tops
• ½ tsp coarse salt
