• 0.50 cup cream or malai
• 1 qt methi leaves
• 1 cup boiled green peas
• Salt to taste
• 3 tbsp Ghee or butter
• 0.50 tsp Cumin seeds
• 1 pinch asafoetida
• 1 Cardamom
• 0.50 pinch stick cinnamon
• 3 Cloves
• 1 Onion
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 0.50 tbsp Cashew-nuts
• 1 tbsp Curds
• 3 Green chillies
• 0.50 piece ginger
