• 3 cups cups bread flour
• ½ tsp teaspoon salt
• 4 eggs, lightly whisked
• 140 g grams unsalted butter, softened
• 200 g grams Nutella or chocolate spread
• 100 g grams dark chocolate, grated
• 1 egg yolk, for glaze
• 1 tbsp tablespoon water, for glaze
• Icing sugar
