- 1/4 Cup / 25g Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Salt

- 2 Tbsp Water
- 1/4 Cup / 50g White Sugar
- 1/4 Cup / 60ml Water
- 4.5oz / 125g Chopped Chocolate / Chocolate Chips
- 1 Cup / 250ml Warm Milk
