Wielkanocna Babka Easter Bread

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup Soft butter or margarine
• 1/2 cup Sugar
• 5 Egg yolks
• 1 Pkg. active dry yeast
• 1/4 cup Water -- very warm (115°F.)
• Grated rind of 1 lemon
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
• 1 cup Milk -- scalded and Cooled to lukewarm
• 4 cups Flour (about)
• 1 cup Golden raisins
• 1/4 cup Sliced blanched almonds
