Mashed Potato Pie | Just A Pinch Recipes
This pie is very good. No...it does not taste like mashed potatoes. It has a custard pie taste. I usually use Pillsbury store bought crust instead of making one
Ingredients
- 1 cup(s) mashed potatoes (extra from when you have them from dinner)
- 3/4 cup(s) sugar
- 1/2 cup(s) milk
- 1 teaspoon(s) nutmeg, ground
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- 1 tablespoon(s) butter melted
- 2 - eggs
- 1 - pie crust store bought or make your own
