Savory Spinach Salad - Talley Farms Box

Ingredients

• Salads
• 2-3 cups spinach, chopped and stem ends trimmed
• Red onion, sliced
• 4 mushrooms, sliced
• 2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
• 2 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
• 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
• 1 Tbsp ketchup
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp sugar
• Salt and pepper
• Prep and chop salad ingredients. Add to a large bowl if serving immediately or in separate to-go containers for future meals.
• Add vinaigrette ingredients to a small jar and mix thoroughly.
• Dress salad when ready to serve and enjoy!
