• 1/4 cup (60 mL) President's Choice Over 50% Fruit Wild Blueberry & Concord Grape Jam or Concord Grape Jam
• 3 cups (750 mL) President's Choice Vanilla Ice Cream
• 3 egg whites
• 1 tsp (5 mL) cream of tartar
• 1/3 cup (80 mL) sugar
