Ingredients

• 1/3 cup oil
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup diced peaches (the recipe called for fresh, I used canned)
• 1/3 cup peach juice from canned peaches or water
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1/4 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 2/3 cup flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
