Choc/chip Coffee Brownies recipe by Shaheema Khan

Ingredients

• * 125g butter
• * 250ml (1 cup) water
• * 125ml (½ cup) oil
• * 500ml (2 cups) cake flour
• * 375ml (1½ cups) brown or white Sugar
• * ¼ cup choc chips
• * 1 teaspoon coffee of your choice(brings out the flavor
• * 4 tablespoon cocoa powder
• * 2 eggs
• * 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• * ½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
• * ½ cup buttermilk(substitute it with 4 teaspoon lemon juice & ½ cup milk
