- 250ml (1 cup) water
- 125ml (½ cup) oil
- 500ml (2 cups) cake flour
- 375ml (1½ cups) brown or white Sugar
- ¼ cup choc chips
- 1 teaspoon coffee of your choice(brings out the flavor
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- ½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- ½ cup buttermilk(substitute it with 4 teaspoon lemon juice & ½ cup milk..
