Ingredients

• ¼ cup oil
• 1 onion finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon whole jeeroo
• 2 whole taj
• 2 Elachi (cardomom) pods
• 1 kg mutton
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon fine red chillies
• ½ teaspoon tumeric powder
• 2 teaspoon fine dherna jeeroo powder
• 2 tablespoon ginger garlic masala
• 2 potatoes cut into 4
• ½ cup water
• 2 tomatoes
