Ingredients

• 5 1/2 Cups husked, cored and chopped Tomatillos *
• 1 Cup White Onion, chopped
• 1 Cup Jalapeño Peppers, seeded and diced (more or less as per your preference)
• 1/2 Cup White Vinegar
• 4 Tbsp Lime Juice
• 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
• 2 tsp Ground Cumin
• 1/2 tsp Salt
