• ½ cup smooth peanut butter or sunflower butter, divided
• 1 cup chopped dark chocolate
• ½ cup white sugar
• ¾ cup brown sugar
• 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
• 6 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 1/4 cup chocolate chips
• 1 cup all purpose flour
• 3 eggs, at room temperature
• ½ teaspoon salt
