• 1/2 tsp coriander mix
• 1/4 tsp turmeric
• 1/8 tsp chili
• 1/8 tsp nutmeg
• 1/8 tsp fenugreek
• 1 tsp garam masala
• 2 Tbsp water
• 2 Tbsp oil
• 1/8 tsp asafetida
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
