Ingredients

• Crust
• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup walnuts, finely chopped
• 6 Tbsp cold butter, cubed
• 1 egg
• Filling
• 3/4 cup Sunsweet ® Pitted Amaz!n™ Prunes, chopped
• 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 (10-11.5 oz) bag bittersweet, milk or dark chocolate chips
• 1 (8 oz) package mascarpone cheese
• Whipped cream and chocolate shavings (optional)
